Some of the lyrics for this song I used for a piece called Night in Tangier with William Gibson and David Gould and Kevin Rusk WAY back in the early 80's. (William wrote that music - this one is by Dennis Hawley and Elizabeth.)

Lyrics

It's so warm out here tonight. The boat barely moves tonight. Easily sail all around, circles of light on the ground. There's these two people and they're riding in this boat somewhere, I think it's Tangier, I know it's nighttime. There's movement and noise all around them but they just ride along not talking to each other. None of their sensations really go beneath the surface. Let your hand glide, touch her face. Let yourself fall into place. You can see the faces of dancers on the shoreline. You get the feeling they're sort of bored and enchanted at the same time. She lets her fingers trail in the water. Something is definitely concealed. It's so warm out here tonight, the boat barely moves tonight. Easily sail all around, circles of light on the ground.
